I’ve got a unique training style. It’s important you feel confident and comfortable in working with me. Let’s take the opportunity to get to know one another before you commit to a training program.

We’ll discuss your health and fitness goals, medical history and any injuries. Based on that information, I’ll take you through a series of exercises to assess how to plan your fitness program.

The first consultation is free. For clients interested in ongoing training, pricing starts at $130 per 55-minute session (and the cost goes down if you invest in a package of sessions).
