Partner Workout Using Medicine Balls

Working out with a partner is a great way to challenge yourself and have fun! In addition to providing support and accountability for each other, research indicatesthe exchange of endorphins (“feel good” hormones) between workout partners can strengthen relationships and promote team building.

 

This duet workout requires nothing more than a motivating fitness buddy and a Medicine Ball.

Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, with 15 second recoveries.

  1. Medicine Ball Toe Taps

  2. Back-to-Back Medicine Ball Pass

  3. Reverse Lunge w/Torso Rotation and Med Ball Bounce – Catch

  4. Push Up w/Partner Clap

  5. Bridge w/Lat Pullover

  6. Dying Bug w/Lat Pullover


Repeat the entire set 3-5 times… and have FUN!!
