Total Body Stability Ball Workout

Do you have a Stability Ball lying around your house collecting dust? Maybe you bought one a while ago with good intentions to use but simply forgot about it. Or maybe you never learned how to get the most out of it. Well, here’s a total body workout using nothing more than a pumped up Stability Ball and set of Dumbbells.

Perform eat exercise 12-15 Reps. Repeat entire circuit 3-5 times. 

  1. Wall Squats
  2. Chest Press 
  3. Hip Bridge
  4. Hamstrings Curl to Bridge 
  5. Stir-the-pot Plank
